Welcome to our 4-Pillar Program: Train the Trainer week
From our experience Implementing a "Train the Trainer" approach for rolling out our program to staff in large companies offers several significant benefits: scalability, cost efficiency, customization, sustainability, credibility, faster implementation, consistency, feedback loop, cultural alignment, and empowerment.
Every morning session will start with placement and intention setting which will introduce each pillar's concept which will be the focus of that day. Throughout each day there are engaging workshops and open debates and we will teach scientifically backed techniques that support each of the pillars. We will close each day with a mindfulness exercise to enhance reflection upon the day's learning.
