Real Talk. Real Healing. No Nonsense.
Welcome to MY SAFE SPACE

Alright, let’s cut to the chase. MY SAFE SPACE ain’t just another wellness platform. It’s your go-to, 24/7 safe haven where you can drop the mask, be yourself, and get the support you need - no matter who you are or what you’re facing.

This is for the real ones - men and women who want to feel better in their mind, body, and soul. We call it Absolute Health. That means looking after your mental health, physical health, and spiritual well-being, all under one roof. And who’s leading the charge? Me, Jay the Soul Coach.

I’ve spent years in the trenches, helping people fight battles no one sees. From terminal cancer warriors to folks wrestling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and loneliness - I’ve seen it all. I’m the first person in British Army history to be brought in as a coach for their most vulnerable soldiers. Yeah, you read that right. I’ve worked with hundreds of soldiers and still do, helping them navigate the toughest challenges life throws at them.

But that’s not all. I’ve walked the halls of corporate offices where burnout and stress run rampant. I’ve worked with schools and privately coached kids as young as three, right up to 18-year-olds trying to find their way.

At the heart of everything I do is my 4-pillared approach - a method I’ve crafted to help people become their best selves. No gimmicks, no shortcuts, just real strategies that work.

What Makes MY SAFE SPACE Different?

We don’t just slap a one-size-fits-all label on healing. We know everyone’s journey is unique, which is why we’ve created dedicated spaces for both men and women. Men-only and women-only areas allow you to speak freely, share openly, and connect with people who truly get it - without any judgment.

And because knowledge is power, we’ve packed MY SAFE SPACE with a library of informative short films, documentaries, and TED talks, all available at the click of a button. Learn, grow, and get inspired whenever you need a boost.

MY SAFE SPACE is designed to help you break old, non-serving patterns and build new, self-serving ones that put you first. This is about putting your health and well-being at the top of your priority list - because you deserve it.

MY SAFE SPACE is all about helping you realise just how unique and special you are. My message to everyone who walks through these virtual doors is simple:

"You are the only you that ever was, is, and will be. Only you can be the best version of you, and you are enough in all ways, for always."
