I ReConnected with my Dad

Just need to let you know of my experience this evening. A couple of days ago I watched the breath work session you and Harry did for AJs Insiders world. When you were guiding the breath work you asked us to focus on our hands and think about holding hands. I chose my granddaughter and then my father (who passed away 3 yrs ago).

It resonated with me so much I repeated the breathwork session today. I did 5 rounds and after the 5th I did the same focus again. I don't know if it was because it was the 5th round or the oil had really kicked in but when I focussed on holding my Dads hand he was here with me. And I don't mean I could really imagine it, I mean I felt his hand as I had as a child. It was big and surrounded mine and I could feel his rough skin and it made me feel safe and loved as he always did.

I don't know how long this went on for but when I came 'round' I must have been crying because my face was covered in tears but not from missing him, from the joy of being reconnected with him. Sorry to rattle on but I just needed to share my experience with you, the most amazing connection I think I've ever had.
